So part of my renovation on my cottage, involves electric towel rails in 3 bathrooms, my question is, is it OK to have an FCU in the bathroom? Esp. as one is a Wet Room.

Maybe better with the FCU outside the bathroom, and using a Flex Outlet in the bathroom?

it is permitted, provided it is outside zones. However it must be suitable for its position, so away from potential drips or splashes.

I doubt it would be suitable in a wet room.
