If you have a 17th edition CU with RCD protection installed, and you want to spur of 2 sockets outside the bathroom ( which are on a 32 Amp protected main ring ) for a tower rail and underfloor wire heating would you still need to add the fused spurs ? or can i just spur for the radiator from one socket in to a wall plate direct and have the underfloor heating spur of another socket straight in the thermostat ?

I`ve did a bit of research and apparently this is debatable. Hope i can get some answers.

Thanks in advance.

The fused spurs are required, as the cables for the thermostat and radiator will not be suitable for use on a 32A circuit, and if no FCU, how do you expect to turn the radiator off when not required?
