Electrical Question

Hello,

I'm currently doing some electrical work in a domestic property and came across a shower isolator located next to the consumer unit in the hallway cupboard,instead of being in bathroom or just outside bathroom. My question is,is there a regulation with the maximum distaince permitted from the shower unit to the isolator??

but my first thought when I read your post

was that, as a competent person, you should then have a copy of the regulations and then be able to answer that question yourself.
