electricity meter wiring

There used to be three electricity tariffs in my flat with SSO, covering superdeal, night and day usage. The tenant changed the electricity supplier to So Energy without my permission with new meter installed and there is now only one tariff.
However, it was later found that the storage heaters, hot water tank, bedroom heating and a few fans have not worked since the supplier was changed. I suspect that the wiring supplying these facilities is no longer connected correctly through the meter.
As you can see, there are three paired cables coming from the bottom of the consumer unit (left: super deal, the bottom heating element of water tank, middle: light, kitchen, socket, the top heating element in water tank, Right: storage heating). I found only one of the two cables in middle section are wired into the white electricity meter. At present, only the middle section appears to have a power supply. The facilities connected to the left and right sides seem to have no power.
I would appreciate it if you could help me understand how this wiring if possible. I would like to understand the issue before contacting So Energy, as it may be necessary to ask them to correct the metering or wiring arrangement.

Tenants don’t need permission to change energy suppliers.

I would appreciate it if you could help me understand how this wiring if possible.

As this is a rental could you post the schedule of results from the EICR and a photo showing the circuit breakers?

Maybe not, but if they change tariffs and off-peak appliances no longer work, that's a choice they freely made, so not down to the landlord to remedy, surely?

1, has the tenant left thee premises? It does read as they have.
2, Or are they complaining the heating is no longer working?
3, has the wiring been left in a safe condition?

A comment :- The person* who changed the meter didn't do a sensible job. It isn''t up to any standard.

* I wouldn't call the meter changer an engineer** or even a technician.

** As an electrical engineer I'd really upset to the workmanship of the person who did that job called an engineer.

Yes tenant moved out now.

Yes tenant complained the heating and a few facilities relating to super deal and night tariff stopped to work a few months later after the meter change

3, has the wiring been left in a safe condition?

The wiring seems been left in a safe condition into the two red boxes as shown in the photo but not to the meter

The meter was changed by someone from SO energy as later told by the tenant.

It looks some facilities wiring been left behind without power supplied

Thanks. Do you think if there is a chance that I can ask the new energy supply to correct it and how can I complain the work done by the 'engineer'

She seems to be a reliable tenant. However I feel very bad the way she had the meter changed and the messy she left behind

It’s not easy to see what’s going in the photos.

In your very first photo, I think I can see:

A brown wire coming from the meter to a new junction block, with two wires coming out of there and going to the CU.
A grey wire coming out of the meter behind the brown wire (only just visible) and going to the CU. (I’m less sure about this one!)
(That’s the three lives)

A grey wire coming out of the meter between the brown wire and the black wire and going to the CU.
A grey wire coming out of the top of the service head and going to the CU.
A grey wire coming out of the bottom of the service head, next to the earth wire, and going to the CU.
(That’s the three neutrals.)

Do you agree?

They wires from the CU don’t all go directly to the meter, but none of them are actually disconnected.

It is not clear why things are not working. Are there also timeswitches somewhere?
