Electrified Shed

Surely he could have bought a 450mm trench and just put that in the bottom of the existing 150mm trench?

But then the deeper trench would be sticking out of the ground by 300mm!

thanks very helpful.
The thing is, JM, nobody believes your story about "before I approach my local electrician", and "I like to be informed".

And they never will, no matter how much you protest, as it is ridiculous.

Bit risky on E-bay. can get you in deep trouble if you are not carefull.

Sold as being 50 yards by 6 foot by 2 foot. When it arrived it was 2 foot wide and 6 foot long........
You weren't daft enough to buy a BSJ make of trench, were you?

Yes they say that so we do not go into Part P when they know that they will be doing the work them self even if they are incompitant to do so and will do no testing and inspection and leave the install in a dangerous state.

Its like I have been told the spark is on holiday, the spark disappered half way into the job, the spark got abducted by aliens, the spark died or retired, the spark is in prison.

There probally is no spark
