Hi all,

My flat has a 'Lifestyle LP722 Electronic Programmer' which i've been using to control the hot water and central heating, however i'm looking to find out if there is another way I can get hot water.

My parents house was recently fitted with gas central heating and when you turn on the hot taps it fires up the boiler and there's hot water instantly. In my flat the only way i've been able to get hot water is by setting the programmer to ON and waiting 10-15 mins before the water is hot enough to use.

Any suggestions? :)

Thanks

How about setting the timer to come on before you need hot water, if this is not suffiicient then you will have to rip out your current system and have a combi boiler installed for instantaneous hot water.

Your parents have a combi boiler and you don't. I can't say anymore because you give little info on your system.
