my mains fed electric shower has real bad pressure problems...doesn't help that im on a shared mains supply with 3 other house....has ne1 came across this before...was thinking of putting a small storage tank in the loft and then feed the shower off this...anyone got any other suggestions or faults that could happen with this?

if its mains fed then a storage tank will not be any good feeding the shower as it will useally require a min of about 0.8 bar to operate the pressure switch
unless you can fit the tank about 28ft above the shower.

you can opt for a tank to feed the shower and a pump to supply the shower with min pressure.

or fit a tank and change the shower to a tank fed rather than mains fed then you won't need another pump.

the mira elite st is a very good shower for what you want.

my parents suffered with the same problem, low mains water pressure. i fitted a tank in the loft and use a mira elite as seco said a very good shower.
