En-suite combination unit recommendations.

I am looking for a combination toilet and basin unit to fit in a new en-suite bathroom to be constructed. The unit will fit in the end of the suite such that the walls are flush with each end of the unit, which will be about 1100 -1200mm wide depending on unit availability. Unfortunately I can find hardly any where the basin does not overhang the end of the unit, leaving an unsightly and unhygenic gap below.
Can anyone recommend any manufacturers who make such units with square ends, such that they may be flush fitted?

Yes I had seen that one, but hardly any others. I’m not keen on moulded all in one tops and sinks, and prefer a separate sink and worktop.
