Plus the importation of supposed 'cheap labour' which according to quitters is no longer needed.

My work colleague was just telling me yesterday his daughter is off work now on maternity leave on full pay for 9 months and the remainder 3 months she receives a percentage.
So another person has to be paid to do her job for 12 months.
When I said to him its no wonder the country is in the state its in, he just agreed with me.
By the time she is finished having babies it will have cost the tax payer at least £100k.
Fooking ridiculous.
