Recently had an enforcer wireless alarm set-up. After my mains being out of action (smart meter installation) I can no longer turn my front door chime off. Regardless of whether the 'c' is displayed or not the chime continues to sound. Is this something I can sort myself?

I only have the main control panel to activate the alarm, along with fobs + app. No separate keypad or arming station.
Do you have any warning symbols. Displayed following power off?
Just when the power went back on, telling me that the mains was off. I put in my code and that was it.

Do you have the engineers code?
As far as I’m aware, I don’t think I do.

Try fully power cycling the panel so main off and battery out and see if the chime sorts itself out for you
Have you put your code in and pressed NO Twice ?
Not sure if you mean to go and try this, this doesn't do anything on the main control panel now.
I was thinking of trying this too. However, before doing this do you know if this will keep all my prior settings or will it require a further engineer set-up?
All setting will be retained. Time and date will need changing.
