Engineers alarm code needed

i have got an ATS 2000 alarm installed which had one of the tamper switches disturbed recently. It now shows tamper on the specific zone and an engineers code to be entered on the keypad I used to have a contract with Chubb but it lapsed for a few years ago. I phoned Chubb up and told them the situation but they refused to help me without purchasing a new contract. Does anyone know the engineers code so I can enter it?? Thanks

No .... and I doubt if anyone on here would know it unless they where a Chubb engineer on your area ...

Would that be a Chubb company policy or because Chubb are a Nsi company?
