England council results

It’s not a done deal for Burnham by any stretch.
Farrage brutally sees off any threat, Trumpf tries to imprison opponents. The least Kieth can do is nobble the NEC. That said he may think sod it, let re form do my dirty work.

How did reform do in that seat or was it not one being fought over.
Reform will throw everything at at it, would be interesting if Andy didn’t get in and reform did. Is it going to be a labour / reform fight. Or maybe reform dont contest it so Andy gets in and replaces starmer then can use it as ammo pointing finger saying look swapping prime minsters -or use it to put pressure on just like labour did saying new PM - needs a new general election. - I dunno.
Farrage has said he’ll throw everything at it, minus the 1.4 million pounds presumably

Indeed they do. £5m for security? Turns out Fromage declared the bribe as a 'reward for Brexit'. If that's not a political backhander, I don't know what is.

He had to row back on his security lie, because he would have had to actually prove it to be true. By spending it on security, rather than what he fancied.

He just digs deeper and deeper.
Sadly though, I think the rules won't catch up with him - some grifters just seem to be Teflon - so I can only hope decent folk keep up the pressure and he finally snaps

I'd like a Board and CEO type model where we vote for the Board and CEO along with perhaps a senior leadership team (say 100 tops) and everyone else is an employee. We could get rid of at least half of MPs and anyone sh1t could be sacked.

Who in their right mind gives half a million quid gift to a here today could be gone tomorrow ”partner” who is thirty years younger than them.
Its like the MRS Merton interview with Debbie McGee, "what first attracted you to the millionaire Paul Daniels "

So he bought a house with cash after Reform received a donation.

I bought a house with cash after I'd bought a lottery ticket.

The lottery ticket didn't win, I bought the house with money I already had. It's really sad to see how simple people believe such obvious carefully worded propaganda. Farage's always been pretty rich, he regularly does things that wealthy people do. So yes, of course he did something financial after this donation, just as he's probably done most years of his life.
