I have to admit, one of the tastiest bits about eating those steaks in San Sebastian was the big chunk of beef fat running around the edge. I did indulge a wee bit.
That wedge of fat round the edge made me drool .
When picking out a rump steak at the shop I always grab the one with best flavour.
The beef fat is delicious!

Just a wee nip of fat along with a chunk of flesh. It was like eating heaven, as a bit of fat dribbled down my chin.

You can understand why Wagyu (Kobe) beef is soooo delish.
