Epdm roofing joints.

l have a flat roof on the outbuilding of the house which was always leaking so l put some EPDM rubber sheets up but they didn't go up as one piece as the rubber was left overs from another roof so went up in 3 sections which doesn't look to bad.
Anyway after our last bit of rainfall l noticed it was leaking inside again so l presume it's leaking though the joints as l put gutter sealant on these when l did the roof..
So my question is what is best to apply to these joints on the rubber EPDM roof that will seal and stop water getting though the joints ..

Joints need to be lapped and glued. You'll need a strip of EPDM over the joint now, and follow the fitting instructions.

You need seam tape to join rubber to rubber.

You'll need to primer the rubber first let the primer dry.

What MW said, And don't be tempted to use an kind of bituminous product near EPDM.
