Error message.

Does anyone know why I keep getting an error message (the one which says IE needs to close and would you like to send an error report to Microsoft) every time I close down Internet Explorer.

Don't know how to solve your problem I'm afraid, but IE 'upgraded' itself recently on my machine also and now (b*gger, b*gger) the font in IE has changed and also in my incoming emails (Edora).
I normally use Firefox as browser, but need IE for checking if updates on my website are laid-out well (90% of visitors use IE and Firefos lay-out is slightly different then IE) and also for some specific websites that still don't work properly in Firefox.

Anyone an idea how I can get my good old font back??

its probably clearytpe enabled (default when Ie7 installs for some dum reason)
Try this
In IE, tools/options/advanced, under multimedia take out tick from "use cleartype" or similar, close IE and restart it.
