I recently managed to find two new replacement thermostats for the instaled ESWA heating system in my home. Now the wiring diagrams look straight forward enough except the old unit has more wires / connections than the new unit.
Firstly the old unit is Erbele Type 3582 and is wired as follows
Pin 6 = N - RED
Pin 1 = L - RED (also connected / bridge to Pin 6)
Pin 2 = N - RED
Pin 3 = E - GREEN / YELLOW
Pin 4 = N - BLACK (3 wires)
Pin 5 = L - GREY (2 wires)
The New Unit is an RTR-E 6124 made by Eberle for use in the ESWA system and has the following Pin Guide
Pin 5 = L
Pin 2 = N
Pin 1 = L
Pin N(1) = N
Pin N (2) = N
Now obviously the new unit doesnt require and earth so thats easy enough but have several hours of trying to decide which goes where... Im stumped.
photos attached to the two different wiring diagrams to make sure the above is clear... but Im really stuck any help would be much appreciated
