    Explains all. End of but as Boris said using legalistic talk we do have a deal. Bit like the famous I did not have sexual relations with this women. Legal talk as there will be some legal definition of what the term is. ;) Gobbling it seems doesn't count.

    Politicians are rather fond of this sort of thing - amazing test capability but didn't mention when it would be available.

    Sure we have a deal but there is nothing of any use in it. Other than to carry on talking.

    So tell me what is the UK standing when 6 months after it signs an agreement it negotiated it wants to back out from?

    how about put some wording on the sausage packaging
