I removed the euro lock cylinder from my back door in order to get the lock off.

It came out easy enough like in this video:

However, it was a bit of a struggle getting it back in.
Things didn't quite line up perfectly and it didn't slide in nicely.
I had to help it from the other end.
I'm pretty sure it went back in the right way round.
It locks OK.
However, when unlocking it unlocks but doesn't turn fully enough to remove the keys.
Any ideas what I've done?
I may need to remove it to replace the lock gearing, should I just try brute force bashing it through from the other side and have a new cylinder standing by?
