Hello All,

This may sound a silly question but does anyone know if we can silence an alarm via the Procontrol+ app on our phones?

I haven't had the chance to test it and wouldn't like to be travelling abroad and have the alarm going off without the facility to disarm it. Or I must be physically there?

I also have CCTV cameras to monitor it. 2 or 3 times that i set up the alarm and went off for no reason (once was a fly that triggered it) and luckily I was 2 minutes away from home but otherwise, i can wake up my whole neighbourhood.

Any feedback is much appreciated.

You can turn it off ( disarm it via the app )
