Engineers do not have access to customer codes.
If the code is lost the engineer can not just put the engineer code in and then put a new customer code, it does not work like that.
If lost only thing to do is a default.
Problem if engineer locked panel ,then control panel useless and new pcb required.

I know my old code....
I wanted to change code as numbers were sticking...
I changed code but saved it as user and not master

So dnt have full function now only set and unset

MY OLD CODE WILL NOT WORK...BUT I KNOW IT BUT DOESN'T WORK ????

Only works on user as i saved code to that not master.......will NOT let me use my old code

You are not understanding what you are being told.
If you do not have the master code you will need to default panel.
Your code is assigned to a user level which can not change a code so the only way to change the code from a user to a master level is default the panel.

Like i said it still works but will only ring my phone now if alarm goes off...wish i left it now
