Hi,

My guaranty period with the company that did the installation has now ran out. I requested the engineer code which they gave me.

1) Shall I change the engineer code?

2) Would changing the engineer code reset the program?

3)Can the engineer code stop the alarm if it goes off? I am thinking that someone who has the engineer code could burglar me and turn the alarm off.

4) The documentation says that when programming EN panel the engineer code does not require the user code. How do I find out if I have a EN panel?

Here is a link to the documentation:

Many thanks
Seb

1 if you want
2 no
3 no only a valid user code
4 wrong en version needs a user code to enable engineer access
