Hi can anyone help, recently moved into a house with this alarm, the alarm sets fine, but when we in advertanly set it off there are no bells ringing so alarm is silent, it shows which zones on the key pad and then lets us reset it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Faulty bellbox ? Or wiring to bellbox ...hold down 1 and 3 on keypad ( panic alarm) if programmed ....does the bell go off ? Also look if the strobe is flashing

Hi, thanks for the advice, tried this and the alarm sounded and the strobe worked. So I don’t know why it’s not going off

How did you set it off ? Was it an entry exit device that you let the timer run out on ?

Hi I did what you suggested pressed 1&3 together

By opening the garage door and triggering the sensor, and then we tried setting it off and triggering other sensors, it should on the display that the zones had been triggered but there were no audible alarms

How do I get rid of that.?

Check in engineer programming ,but you probably don’t have the code ...and it may be engineer locked , contact installer ...
