Every morning I see this running

Hi. hope someone can help because every morning when I fire up my laptop I have to wait about 30 minutes before I can use it with any sort of speed.
When I look in 'running tasks' within system information, I see this....c:\windows\pvhealth\helpctr\binaries\helpsvc.exe
Whilst this is running, the laptop fan is also whirring away like mad!
Can anyone tell me what it is, do I need it, and if not, how to stop it!
Your help would be much appreciate.

you can try removing from startup, then see if it has any impact on running pc. if it does not leave it not running.
type in run/searchbar msconfig then remove from startup

It is the windows "Help and Support"
maybe even delete it from HDD
You may even have a trojan so make sure anti virus upto date and scan.
