Problem - On front of house we have a window bay. Between the downstairs and upstairs bays we have rendered panels inbetween wooden beams. Unsure of type of construction but suspect external render over marine ply.
Render/plaster has weathered and cracked, probably pulled away from backing. Fungus is now actively growing on the panels on the front of the house.
If I repair this should I replace ply and introduce some sort of damp proof course
