Is expanding foam compatable with plastic water piping?
I want to run a 15mm pipe through a wall inside a piece of drainpipe and was thinking of sealing the ends with expanding foam.
Thanks in anticipation, texteditor.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

It rots it

You could wrap the pipe in something or better would be sleeve it with some 32mm waste pipe then silicone the gap between the two. That way is ever needed you could pull the pipe back out

there nothing wrong with expanding foam around plastic pipes in my opinion

My company has had visits from the reps from Polypipe/Speedfit/Hep2o and this has been mentioned by all on em. Same as not wrapping the pipes inythe silver identification tape. The adheasives attack the pipe.

edited for rudness :p
