Hi All, does anyone know how long a professional heating engineer/plumber should take to change one of these as the vessel is clearly shot? Water coming out of the shrader valve.

Separately I have found out that occasionally it can be condensation not water and the valve is ok.

Thoughts on both?

An hour seems reasonable does that include draining down the system and inhibitor?

Not been recharged. Presumably you need to purge the water out of it first. Even so how can you be sure whether it's condensation or a leaking vessel?

any engineer worth its salts will know but generally these don't suffer from condensation its the kilmet vessels that suffer more ,
