Anyway, I am building double wardrobes in the alcoves and behind door number 4 counting from the left will be 4 X full PC towers obviously side on, 1 Tivo, 1 AV Receiver, 42" LCD TV, 5.1 Surround speakers and a Netgear switch.

besides the socket issue, how are you cooling these, there will be ALOT of heat generated by 4 towers.

Will there? They could each dissipate anything from 12W to 1kW. You don't know.

I doubt very much that all 4 PC's will be on at same time, max 2 but if it does get a tad hot or the temp in my PC get too high i will of course remedy it, first guess a ventilation grill in the void above the PC's that allows the heat into the loft, if I have to use suction then I can simply fit some PC fans to said ventilation grill that only comes on when PC is on

Please don't do that, because in the winter it will result in condensation in the loft, which then leads to mould and rot.
