Im bidding on a renovation project. The rear has a conservatory. I plan to flatten it and extend 5x4m standard brick build. Bifold doors nice big roof lantern. I will dig out the existing base and footings so the site is clear. I will do all the floor tiling and woodwork. So it will be left bare plaster finish.
Is 40k a good enough budget?
