currently, the rainwater and gray water run to a combined pipe, some alterations are happening ,soil stack moved slightly and 4 drains added, but i was wondering will the rainwater off the 7-meter extension be allowed into the current set up or will it be a soakaway?

You need to ask the building control officer.

Generally rainwater should discharge into the ground within the curtilage, but Ive certainly had mixed drains allowed to stay as is -edpecially if the ground has low porosity.
