Exterior drange pipes

Hi

First post on here so sorry in advance.

I have 6 pipes from gutters and 2x bathrooms and a kitchen all draining into this small open drain.

Does this look correct, if not how can it be improved?

Not really much that can be changed, other than possibly joining some pipes together where possible to reduce the visual impact. Suspect it's a older house so as more demands are made on water usage, (showers, dishwashers etc) then more demand is placed on what is essentially a basic drainage system from when the property was built.

A few more photo's showing where the pipes run to may help, but I suspect without major expense and upheaval you'll struggle to change too much.
