Hi. I have recently had a circular window retro fitted into my garage. 2 leaves of 4inch blocks and window was installed over the 4inch cavity between the leaves. I am getting the external rendered in cement but there is no dpc. The builder stuck a layer of dpc above the window on the inside leaf and brought it down the external side of the window. The problem is, water can leak into the cavity as there's only cement stopping water from leaking in between the window and the inside of the outer block. I was hoping that I could get self adhesive dpc (bostik flashband) and apply it to the lower half of the window to block the water but flashband can't be rendered over in cement. Does anyone know of an alternative without any remodeling? Thanks for reading
