External wall rebuild?

Hi i have badly damaged brick and sandy mortar on 6 courses of brickwork below dpc on side of my bungalow. It was heavy concrete rendered when i moved in but had blown from qall. Its roughly 200 bricks to replace. Whats the best way to do this? Struggling to get builder as theyre all busy.
