Hi all,

After a leak from my internal plastic SVP to clay joint was repaired by a drainage company (replaced with plastic and joined by a flexible coupling to the clay pipe outside the property instead) I am left with the following to reinstate:

The width of the opening is about 25 cm and the depth to the pipe is about 35 cm.

A number of bricks and concrete were removed to originally gain this access.

Thoughts on the best approach would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

I should say it is a cavity wall.

After some clearing out today I think I've found the top of the foundations i.e. a solid level starting point.

The fact there is a joint where the outer leaf should be seems unhelpful.
