faulty pcb and bearing in mind it was an old se i reccomended a new one i dont think the new tools and shiny van etc etc come into the same bracket as paying £150,000 for a 30 second advertisement on prime time do you

well guys thanks for the how not to charge customers in bradford lectures but as i CAN sleep at night im off to bed with my wife so i can ask her to man the complaints phone incase it rings for the 1st time

Advertising is a means of increasing the number of customers so smart advertising pays for itself, be it a £150k advert on TV or a £25 quid ad in the local rag.... It would be foolish for a one man and his dog business to advertise on the box and conversely it would be pointless for a huge national concern to place an inch by inch ad in the local free paper

Are you sure that you can sleep at night? Bearing in mind that you are a wood butcher doing gas work?

if you read my 1st post you would have read that i was doing the work with the guy who i am doing my gas safe with therefore legal and i have been doing plumbing courses for the last year

it was a joint decision between my mate and the customer we gave them both options they decided on an he boiler

So was it you who reccomended the new boiler or was it your mate? Please feel free to make your mind up.....Take your time. Why would your wife have to man the phones for complaints, when your mate is the one who should be responsible ... He is the registered installer
