Hi everybody
I have an existing set up of timed extractor & 2 low voltage downlighters.
All have been working fine, but have now stopped working. There is power to the fan, any ideas as to what could be the fault?

Have your lights stopped working too?
Is this the only part of that circuit that does not work?
How did you test for voltage?

Normally the fan would be wired from the light.
Therefore I would suspect a fault to or at the light.
Did the fan come on with the lights?

IF there is power at the fan - how have you tested this? - then could be a loose Neutral at the first light or the previous light (in another room) on the circuit.

Edit - I read it as lights not working.

WHAT power at the fan?

Could it be a faulty light switch, with only permanent live left at the fan - which would not activate the fan?
