Extractor fan suddenly packed up

Extractor fan on bathroom (linked to light) seems to have gone today, although light working. I’ll contact the spark who installed, but does this sound like new fan needed?

The way to tell is to use a voltage tester!

On a few call outs it was simply that someone turned off the fan isolator.
Easy money.
