Everything's fine as it always has been when using my phone but, having logged in to Facebook using exactly the same username and password on my computer, Facebook recognises my name but all my profile details and pictures have disappeared along with details of my earlier messages.

Facebook was OK before a computer repair specialist re-installed Windows 7 on to my computer following problems. Other applications work correctly after I re-installed them and saved files open as before.

Any ideas, please?

I have you tried removing the Facebook app, then reinstalling & logging on again.
After I had to do a factory reset on my phone recently I reinstalled all the apps, it was a pain in the R's having to answer all the questions, but I am up & running ok.

Thanks for your advice, but the app on my phone is working correctly. It's when I open the Facebook web page that I cannot access all my details. It recognises my name and date of birth, but no 'friends' or other contacts.
