ive brought 2 new cookworks single fan ovens,had new kitchen installed,new sockets

.First oven packed up after 6months, replaced it now new one trips consumer box,is the ovens or wiring fault

I assume you mean the second one went ok for a while? you could have a faulty trip this time or you should maybe have tried a different make of oven.
I recommend neff as I had one for 22 years before a hinge went, on my second now 5 years old
