I have a problem with an old intercom Farfisa PT510EW.
There was tone, but it was not receiving the call or wasnt able to unlock the door (which I believe was because it didnt receive the call).
I ordered a new headset, same model and noticed the main board is not in the headset. I suspect these are two different parts.
I attached a picture from the old headset and marked in red the circuit board where I believe the problem is. That circuit doesnt seem to be part of the farfisa pt510ew.
Any help figuring this out would be greatly appreciated.
Note: this intercom is about 20 years old.
