Fascias and Soffits & Rendering Need Doing: Which first?

Title says it all I suppose. Factors... The soffit/fascias are ok for a while, but I am getting ready for me not going up ladders for painting/repairs etc. It's 25 years old. Render is blown in parts, again, not causing apparent problems yet.

If we were to do both one after the other (same scaffold), same Q, which first.

Facings and soffits first.
Remove the render fit soffits, facings then gutters.

You might need a different scaffold lift to get a clear run on the rendering, than for the roofline
