Previous local government reorganisations have dragged on for years, even decades. She just needs to abolish tne remaining big Counties and small districts with reasonable sized unitaries. In tne past reorganisations have been inefficient because torey governments have tried to preserve political influence in shire counties. Thats changed with Northants but there are still biggies like Herts cc and Essex ripe for reform... and massive long term savings.

in fact as its the worlds reserve currency and a fiat currency it can create plenty of money without major problems
