Fault with dishwasher

The water jets under the top basket are not blocked, have ample water coming through, however, the ram does not rotate. I have checked it for cleanliness. Any suggestions please?
It is a whirlpool 6th sense. AAA class.

If it's not rotating and theres plenty of water then either the end holes are blocked or it's jammed.
Also check that the feed tube for the top is located properly at the bottom.
