i take it its a electric shower but powers gone out could mean alot of things.

Sorry haven't got clue had a txt from sister inlaw while in work about her shower, but obviously i've given you as much information as she's given me(nothing).

has the pullcord/switch to the shower got a neon light ?
if so does that light up or not ?
check the main fuse is on and not tripped.
