Fed up with wood stains/dyes

Yep i have used that stuff and the base coat...(the really thin one) loads of times..

The first one soaks in well and dries pretty quick, however, subsequent coats take an age...

Lovely finish mind.

A customer of mine insisted on four coats...the last one took about 5/6 weeks to fully harden up.

You should tell your customer to read the instructions

Did a bannister rail and posts on a staircase this week with Sikkens cetol filter 7 teak. Spindles white.

Absolutely beautiful finish...she thought I'd French polished it
