Morning all,

My fence couldn't withstand the battering it took last nght but then again i could have blown it down myself!

I intend to rebuild it with a proper fence this time and would like a bit of advice.

I have a simple straight fence to erect but im confused as to how to join it up to the existing fence at the bottom of the garden. i will be using concrete slotted posts with gravel boards but this will have to join on to another timber fence - how is this best done?

Many thanks,

Dan

If it's joining the 2 fences at a corner, then a concrete corner post might be what you need.

You can try to slot the old panel into a corner post or just put a new corner post adjacent to the old post ready for when that section gets replaced.
