Following the advice (gratefully received - thanks Oilman) in response to my last post - can I assume that all cleaning/flushing products are similarly effective, or do you get what you pay for.

My local store has Fernox, Betz Dearborn, and Flushex (sometimes). Are they comparable? Are they incompatible?

Do the 'noise silencer' products work any better than, say, an inhibitor.

You'll need to do some research to find out about differences and compatability. They probably are compatible, but Fernox has more water to make the solution than Kamco so you need 4 litres of Fernox and 1 litre of Kamco.

Noise silencer is very different from inhibitor, for a different job. If you use scilencer you will benefit by running the system for a few weeks, draining and then adding inhibitor.

If you need to find a tradesperson to get your job done, please try our local search below, or if you are doing it yourself you can find suppliers local to you.

Select the supplier or trade you require, enter your location to begin your search.
