ferroli boiler, can anybody help?

Hi,
I am worried because I've just tried to fix my boiler and now is leaking and I made it worse....it is late at night and I dont want to go to sleep and wake up flooded....
the pressure bar was below 1. I opened the valve under the boiler(the metal elastic tube) and I think I left it open for longer than I should and now, the bar is at 4 and the boiler is leaking ??? any quick fix?

bleed your radiators until the pressure comes back to 1 bar, where is your boiler looking from ?
