Ferroli optimal he plus 31c

Hello fitting some wireless controls to this boiler.
The boiler has the LCD clock the timer HE.
The wireless stat programmer is Honeywell.
Link removed from boiler and wireless controls fitted.
The boiler doesn't fire when wireless stat calls for heat. Does the the clock need disconnecting ? Or does it just need to be put in on position?
Any Help appreciated.
Ferroli is possibly the worst boiler I have ever come across to date in regards to literature.

Just corrected that for you.


Seriously, leave the Ferolli's timer turned on. Let the new stat control timings and room temp.

There should have been a blanking plug supplied with the boiler, which plugs in instead of the clock when using fully external controls.
Alternatively, set the clock to constant on as above
