fibre boards and silentfloor gold

Hi there
This is my first post (many more to come im sure) and I want to know if there is anyone who can tell me if there will be any problem with laying 'Timbermate Silentfloor Gold' over the top of exsiting fibre boards (left from previous laminate floor) looking for the most warmth and soundproof possible.

You might end up with a bouncing floor because of the extra layers.
