Hi guys, just el feting best way of filling this crack please

Toupet powder masonry filler is quick and easy.
Might not be the best long term.

Other option is to remove that filled area. Have a looking at what is going on and fill again. Looks like rusty expanding metal under cement

Looks like concrete not stone, and the rusting rebar has expanded and blown the concrete.

If so, that's now and ongoing process and any filling will itself be blown off quite quickly.

The correct repair is either to treat and neutralise the rusting before repairing the concrete, or replace the whole section.

Im
Thinking to treat the bar … what’s best to fill it with? Please?

Repair with a fine mix - rendering sand and cement 2:1 or 3:1. Or an epoxy-based concrete repair product.

Remove any defective concrete in front of any bar so that you can get to it to treat.

Paint it with a suitable paint once the repair has fully dried - about 2 weeks, and protect it in the meantime from rain.
